 60% thunderstorms forecast for this morning. The wind came up, the skies darkened & we heard the distant thunder but ended up with the 40% part. Seems to be a daily occurrence. The 06:00 temperature was 31C - at noon it was 27C - so can we claim that the maximum was less than the minimum?
