Nice, Rick - we were there in 2016 when the whole area was a building site.
You must have placed your camera on my mark for the Court House dome shot!

Now that's the sort of thing I would like to do if only I had time.
Beautiful Autumn shades too. We can walk in Kruger with armed rangers at
a price. A possible "solution" is to become an Honorary Ranger which
requires a years' training and a minimum of 50 hours/year.

My wife had a conference in St. Louis last month, and I tagged along. The
weather was lovely and the construction around the Gateway Arch of the last
several years is complete. My camera and I did a lot of walking together.

It was a beautifully autumnal day today and with some friends I walked section
6, from Wimbledon to Richmond, followed by a nice pub lunch.

I was lucky enough in the mid-70's to be appointed Administrator of a small
French company, while also still working in the U.K., so I got to go to Paris
every month for almost a week each time. Loved the city, and spent many happy
hours exploring, mainly on foot, so felt I got to know at least
Stan, as others have said this is a great gallery! The opening shot is
particularly attention-getting.
I’ve been to Paris a few times, but have never been up in the Eiffel Tower.

Thanks Ken Bob John Dan Ann Henk Cotty and Alan for your comments, and thanks
to all who took a look.
My first visit to Paris was in 1950, with my family doing a Grand Tour of sorts
on our way home from 2 years in Greece, headed to meet up with a ship in
Marseilles to take us back to the States
