I still use Pentax for the same reason - it still does the job for me. I also appreciate the quality Pentax puts into its cameras. Over the past couple of years I've taught a few landscape photography classes and that has exposed me to other camera systems. Pentax stands out in several ways -

Lenses I got since acquiring the P30, P30T, MX (2x), Spotmatic (2x), K2, *istD, K10D, K-5 and K-1 (all in my display cabinet and still working, except the *istD) prevent me switching to another brand. Though the K-5 is still OK, I would like to switch to higher resolution APS-C for some use, so
