There is a way to subscribe but not receive mail. I don't recall what it is. You then need to read the list on Mail-Archive.com. This is a free archiving service, and it is completely unreliable. It breaks frequently, the most recent time for 2-1/2 weeks. Despite the problems, this is how I do
