Nice series. I find these grasses to be such a difficult photo subject,
always moving in the wind and getting out of focus.

That's why I got the KP. Perfect combo with the da35 macro.
I kinda enjoy shooting in the blimd with the Q s1. Too bad pentax killed
the Q. The image quality and lenses are amazing. I once had hope with the
lens roadmap for the q macro and dreamed about a Q with a KP screen.
Luckily the MX1
Sounds like working with a mobile phone.
I still got a Pentax angle viewer for flower and mushroom pics but I
never use it because it is inconvenient.
Never would I buy now a camera with fixed back screen.

Thanks.
The Q-S1 and 08 wide zoom is so small you can hold it in the green below
the flowers. If the 12-24 would focus closer it still wouldn't work because
it's big.

Very interesting images, Toine. You have quite a variety!
I have forward the link to the local orchid fundi in Phalaborwa

Thanks for viewing and commenting.
Shot with the K5 and F100macro.
In this part of the world only ground based orchids exist. And yes the
secret life or orchids is amazing.
