What I do is just give the images I want in my slideshow a bunch of stars
and then filter to that many stars, then tell Lightroom to do it's thing.

Yes. But, I have taken his 162 jpgs at 2.2mb each and tried rhat. I get 75%
into it and it crashes. Not sure uf it's file size or to many jpgs or LR 6
standalone or what. I'm perplexed

Once you have your files tagged, you open the collection and do
whatever you want with them.

You're going to want to import them into LR and make a collection. It's
pretty straightforward after that.

with files on a stick but I thought I'd try LR too.
