Given that the original poster was at least considering a non-ransomware
version of Photoshop (which would almost certainly cost even more, and

Affinity Photo is my favourite photo editing software for tasks where LR
falls short, such as for focus stacking and object removal.
For 55 euro you get a copy with free future updates.
