First, very interesting photo - keep 'em coming ;-)
That said, and at the risk of being misunderstood, the light is perfect
for the lower part of the photo, not so for the face. I also get the
idea of a second shot, with a somewhat diff expression. That's IMHO...

If I were you I would try the second light or reflector from low right.
