Even if the email includes HTTPS, it's probably a scam.
Real eBay communications will always include your ebay ID in the body of
the message. If it lacks this, it's a phishing scam.

Probably the most common phishing scam out there right now. I get a
half-dozen a day on my personal account, and see a couple dozen
complaints at work (I do Internet Abuse work).
