Very relaxing to look at.

Both are very striking. I love the colors in the one, but really love the
ambience in the BW version.

Really nice, Godfrey. I really like the bronze colouring on the buildings and
their reflections.
Hand held at 1/10 sec - you've got steadier nerves than I have! Tell me you
were at least braced against a wall.

Nice one. Very good. Well composed and exposed.
But didn't Tom just tell you that you can't shoot at 1600 with that
piece of crap Pentax camera? Some of us will never learn:-)

Nicely done. The exposure looks quite good to me. For 1600, it
doesn't look bad at all. I remember the film days of shooting
something that speed - especially in color - the grain was something
to behold. Makes this image look squeaky clean.
I like the composition as well. Nicely done.

Very nice shot Godders. This area is called the Gloucester basin. I

Sad to inform you that there was nothing nearby where I could get a
clear view to use as a brace. I was standing on the edge of the quay
between two docked boats doing breathing exercises for this one. I
*wish* I'd had a tripod with me.
Thanks for the compliment!

Thanks for all the comments and compliments on this one, folks. It
seems to have gotten as much positive comment as my corn photo got

I clicked the linky for the BW version. Very nice! Most BW digital
conversion leaving me asking WTF?, but yours are always top notch.
Thank you, Scott!
