The definite (and loud) noise would appear in the transition
to the sequel. And indeed, it would be an effect from the sharp parts.
However, ACR/LR will not work with that noise.

I think there was a little bit of noise and the sharpening amplified
it. You may want to try adding some noise reduction in ACR /
Lightroom.
