Spectacular!
I've been enjoying various PESOs from people without having enough time
and energy to respond to them, but this one is just outstanding...
I read about the EM-storm, but couldn't do much about that: I am too far
south to see this beauty.
I believe it was only once in my life th
Very nice.
We have too bright night skies up here this time of year to see anything
even in storms like that. :-(

Thanks so much for the views and comments! Interesting how the
majority prefers the horizontal. I prefer the vertical, even though it
is at a display disadvantage because I love the purples at the very
top of the aurora, before it turns to black and I miss that on the

Great shots, Darren. We had a great light show here last night as
thunderstorms and (maybe) a tornado passed through - nothing as cool as
what you saw!

Beautiful, Darren!
I've only seen the aurora once, in about 1970 in New Hampshire--never since.
There were rippling curtains of these colors, plus white, racing across the
sky. Amazing.

I thought I chimed in on how nice those are, but I guess I just
forwarded them to Zab.
I envy both the shots and the sight. I've never seen the Aurora.

These are gorgeous shots, Darren. Thanks for sharing them with those
of us who live too far south (and were under cloud cover to boot).

I'll add to the accolades, Darren. Your wonderful shots are probably as
close as I'll get to seeing an aurora.

Saw more wimpy versions of the aurora display when living in south
western Iowa just a few miles north
of the Missouri border.
