I like the crop, but I'd suggest going even further and taking out the rest of the flower on the right, making the frame more in the portrait orientation. (similar to the second crop per Shel's suggestion, but leaving in the top of the background flower.) Nice photo cute bird. Cheers, Dave On

Oh the birdy is damn near perfect... II like the geometry but the bloom in the back isn't blurred enough not to be distracting... this is a case where edge to edge sharp would work too. but you really captured the hummers colors and that is sooo tough! ann Bruce Dayton wrote: Taken yesterday

Thanks Bob. How much you can crop is partly dependent on the final medium and size. -- Best regards, Bruce Monday, December 4, 2006, 5:17:25 PM, you wrote: BS Wow, great bird picture Bruce. BS The crop works for me, more crop is ~?!? BS Regards, Bob S. BS On 12/3/06, Bruce Dayton [EMAIL

I see a tighter vertical crop, running from slightly left of the birds tail to down the center of the yellow growth in the background. Kenneth Waller - Original Message - From: Bruce Dayton [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: PESO - Humming Taken yesterday in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco
