Larry to be clear -- the streets are in Atlantic City - the the 4 railroad lines are real, too  .. Reading is a town in PA - you can go ther by rain from PHilly.  The The B&O Rail , Short Line adn Pennsylvania Railroad are the other 4 you can own.  the B&O stands for Baltimore and Ohio Railroad
