You're quite right. It is a ~1975 MGB. (The one with horrible rubber
bumpers).

Yes, exactly. That's why I think it's a MGB.
Although, I've seen a "restored" MGC with an MGB bonnet because the
Motor Heritage Trust didn't make replacement MGC bonnets.

Is the rubber-bumper MG B really over 50 years old? I thought they started
putting those horrible bumpers on in the 70s (nearly 50 years already, where
