Not a clue, but two I uploaded last night had been approved this morning
(less than 12 hours).

I think that now, if any are rejected in the week that they were
submitted, you can upload replacements for the rejected images -- but
not for the ones that were accepted. At least, that is what happened
to me this week.

I just re-uploaded 2 pictures and it balked at the third one, and I
had 2 rejected this week. It said that I could upload more when my
week had expired.
