This was a PZ-1p I picked up on eBay, in pretty nice shape with some signs of use, but I sent it to Pentax to replace the viewfinder optics (the eyepiece was scratched, of course) and to tune up the entire camera, so it's fresh from a CLA, back to original specs and has Pentax's repair

Unfortunately, this has happened to me also. Forgot to mention it. I wonder if the 360 is prone to this? Robert One point about the AF500FTZ and batteries -- I noticed on a trip that when I pulled out the flash, my brand-new lithium AAs were DEAD! In fact, this has happened with that flash
