country with most of the black population leaving for their rural homes

NZ's going into full lockdown as well in just over a day, to last at least four
weeks. Definitely the right thing to do. We're currently at level 3 of a
four-level alert system. The number of cases here is still relatively low but
has started increasing sharply.
