A few years ago when word came that Ray Charles would come to a nearby city to perform, I bought the ticket right away (50 bucks!) and went to see him perform in top form, and snapped some shots. At the time I thought "if I don't go to a concert of his now, I might never see him in person again". Well sadly it turned out to be true.
