Good for you! Ever since my by-pass surgery recovery, I have jouned the Y and have been working out 2 to 3 days per week. My first stop is always the treadmill where I try for 20 minute miles every time. Have made it several times but not consistantly yet. Keep up the good work! Walt On Mon,
