Good for you! Ever since my by-pass surgery recovery, I have jouned
the Y and have been working out 2 to 3 days per week. My first stop
is always the treadmill where I try for 20 minute miles every time.
Have made it several times but not consistantly yet.

20 minute power walk 1 mile goal--actually 1.15 mile in 20 minutes.

I've been pretty regular with the walking--taking time off only for sore
feet :-

I'm a dedicated walker/jogger. At least 2.5 miles a day for 18 years now. Be
assured that it's well worth the effort.

be related to that bad fall I took in late May--but I'll be fine--eventually
