Apple in 2004, but the case belonged to me. I now use it with a
PowerBook G4 15 in 2006 and find the 17 case fits the 15 model

Incase makes some excellent, protective and very trim bags fitted for
the Apple laptops. They're not super cheap, but not horrendously
expensive, and they well made and stand up to a lot of use.

I can recommend the Incase bags. They don't hold much beyond the
laptop and AC adapter (maybe a file folder also), but it's a very nice
slim bag.
