Very interesting, but of course, many questions remain. I think long term 
stability may be an issue. I sounds like a way to make a good color 
photographic printer, but not much else (yet). It's simply a dry variation of 
the Polaroid process.  

The digital/film hybrid system (all digital or digitally scanned film) will 
be with us and possibly dominant until we're done printing photos in books 
and magazines. Or wanting an extra set of prints. Or enlargements. Or, (dare 
I say it) manipulate an image. The all-film system works great too, and can 
deliver wonderful results....
