They seem to imply it'll be available in other mounts as well. A 18-50mm of just 245g could be of interest for d*isters.
It will be interesting to see how the reduced image circle lenses will appear in the so called sports finder of the Sigma digital slrs, as the viewfinder shows the entire image frame.
