I did a web page a 3 or 4 years ago and still have it with my free AOL
space, but I've been using Picasa for the past 18 months for
snapshots.

I like photo.net. I've been on there for quite a few years. It's faster than
most services, easy to use and heavily populated. Thus, you can get a lot of
feedback if you so desire. It's $25 a year for unlimited uploads. You can also
upload witout paying a fee, but your photos will remain on
http://photobucket.com/
I have been happy with them and probably considered a very low use customer.

Your Roadrunner subscription comes w/5mb of personal web space. You can
use that to get you started while you decide if you want to subscribe to
a service like Picasa, photo.net, Flickr, etc. You can get more info
