OK - I found a couple of copies of the November 2001 version of the Pentax
Lens Opinion site - thanks Fred for your copy! I have replaced what was on
RoadRunner, the version there now should work allright. Let me know if there
are any problems.

All of this has given me serious motivation to finish my update. A serious
flaw of the original design is that the two main files, the Comments
sections, are each a single file. The Detailed comments file is almost 400k.
So the first time you go for a Comment you need to wait for that to
download. And depending on how you treat your cache, you may need to do
that all over the next time you look for a detailed comment. The new design
has partitioned every lens into its own file so the download is never very
large. I have also moved from a frames design to a table; for reasons I have
never understood many people dislike the Frames approach. In fact, that has
been a major part of my "writer's block" in getting the new version done -
trying to get a Table to look and act like a Frames design. As I have said
before, real soon now I'll have the new-and-improved version up. Probably in
a different location and with a Mirror site.
