That's a 'rural legend'. It doesn't happen. Not at -48C anyway which is the coldest its been here since we came to Finland. Other much more uncomfortable things happen to anatomy casually or promiscuously exposed in very cold weather. Its a good idea not to do any writing at all. Or at
