GREAT shot and a great - if somber - story. Strange that busking is considered by some to be annoying. As you have seen, in Oxford, the pedestrianised Cornmarket (an actual street in the centre of Oxford with very little traffic allowed) always has buskers entertaining the hordes of shoppers -
