Supposedly they have the bugs worked out of them...
On the other hand many early reviews have kept me from buying any of
their products along with their reputation for very iffy warranties.

PUG Themes for 2017

2016-10-28 Thread Brian Walters
G'day all

Here's a list of suggested themes for 2017 - based on some previous
suggestions from the List and one or two I thought might be interesting.
It needs to be culled down to 12 so let me know of any you think are
crap and any others you think worthy of a run.

Note that April 2017 will be the 20th Anniversary of the PUG - worth
celebrating, don't you think?

This Sporting Life
Geometric Shapes in Nature
Leading Lines
Mountains
20 Years of PUGgery - an Open Gallery (April 2017)
A Car I've owned
Leaves
Less is More
National Parks
Streetcar and Subway
Blast from the Past
Abandoned
Something Red
Dry
Pollution
Doors

I've left World Photo Day out but we could possibly do an 'Extra'
gallery for August 19.

Cheers

well, step one is completed. I have 10.11 downloaded and ready to go
once i finalize talking myself into it.:-) Just want to double check
that my main 4-5 programs will work at least. I'll go from there.
Machine is backed up via time machine and doc's and photos on
secondary units. As i have mentioned prior i have never doen a new OS
upgrade, i did do the minor ones during 10.6 but this is all new and
quite scary to me. We'll see.:-)
As long as Word for Mac 2011, LR version 4.4 and ffetch version 5.3.1
will work i'll be ok. I know my older PS ELE version 9 and PS CS will
not work, but i can just upgrade to latest Elements when ever.
