Re: LR slideshow

2022-05-18 Thread Bill
I haven't ever done this before, but I believe you just start a new
collection in Lightroom and add photos to it. Lightroom just tags them, it
doesn't move the files.
Once you have your files tagged, you open the collection and do
whatever you want with them.

Re: Travel tripod suggestions?

2022-05-18 Thread Bill
I have a Feisol Traveller that I am quite fine with.
They aren't cheap. The newer ones have put anti twist stuff into the leg
sections which cures my only complaint with them.

Re: Travel tripod suggestions?

2022-05-18 Thread Toine
If I use a tripod its PD. You probably need some additional pd plates. L
brackets etc. Dont fit without removing the protection pins on the head.
They also have pd plates which fit on both arca and manfrotto.
And pd has real lifetime warranty! I was very impressed when a zipper
failed on a bag and the rubber part on a plate was lost in the field. They
directly send a new bag and new plate.
