Thanks for looking everyone. I was feeling sorry for these guys. It was the first really cold day of the winter. It was 12 degrees F when I woke up, and the wind was in the 20-30 mph range. As someone who has worked outside for many winters I can commiserate. The wind makes it worse and I can imagine that it must make the crane work especially hard. Very good photo!
