I just hooked it up to my laptop and tried it out to make sure everything works. And it all fires up and scans as it should. For the record, the Scan Multi does 35mm at 2820dpi and medium format at 1125dpi. This yields 10-11 megapixels for 35mm (slides lose some area due to the mount) and ~6
