Well, I sprayed the hell out of it with Liquid Wrench. I also dumped
some sneaky remaining gasoline on my boot.

The impact driver might work if the screw slots are solid. You might also try
shocking each screw with a very thing drift that won't damage the screw slot
and a hammer.
