Hi Tom; Lets see. The image is tilted so the bride is towering over the groom, who seems to be wearing an ill fitting tuxedo. They are tilted at a 45 degree angle. There is a disconcerting shadow on the couple, and this is obviously a non-traditional wedding setting. To think someone paid big bucks to advertise using that image.
This is one of my complaints with a lot (not all) of the wedding photojournalism style photographers out there, that tension has replaced taste, shock has replaced style, and composition was something you wrote in high school English class. Unless the studio is trying to market to the non-traditional wedding crowd the logic of using that image escapes me.
