Added one more moon image to my PESO gallery:

http://www.dfsee.com/gallery/index.php?list=8

This one was a few days after full-moon, so the light near
the right edge make for very nice crater detail ...
Shot with istD and A*300mm plus 2x-L converter.

Comments and critique welcome :-)

Regards, JvW

Like the Waning Moon shot. Terminator topography especially.
Full Moon is tilted to the right quite a bit?
The capability to take such pics is virtually taken for granted these
days.

Hmm, not intentionally, but it seems yoy are right.
Perhaps the 3-D head on the tripod was tilted more
than I thought ...

Will check the full frame to check that

The capability to take such pics is virtually taken for granted these
days.

Indeed, it is almost too easy now :-)

Yes, this one was a bit, since it was tak with 'just' 600mm
the moon fill about half the frame ...

The 'full moon' was taken with an extra 1.7x converter
so that nearly filled the frame (80% or so I think)
