Sorry, did my exposures wrong.  Light in is proportional to aperture area,
which is proportional to 1/f^2.  So (1/1.14^2 - 1/1.2^2)/(1/1.4^2) = 15%
difference between 1.4 to 1.2 and 1.4 to 1.14.

On what the 1.2 on the lens "really" means, I have no idea.
