Assuming that you are using pdns-recursor-3.1.7.2 (you should be), you need to add the 'forward-zone=...' option or if you have more than a couple of zones the 'forward-zones-file=file-to-read-for-zones' option in your recursor.conf file. Ah, so I just looked in the wrong piece of software, it
