Hello, We released PowerDNS Authoritative Server 4.2.0-beta1 yesterday.
It has been too long a time since the release of PowerDNS Authoritative Server 4.2.0-alpha1. The Beta 1 release comes with a lot of bug fixes, improvements and also some new features: - LMDB backend, - Fixes for OpenBSD and Sparc64 courtesy of Otto Moerbeek, - A lowering of the UDP truncation limit from 1680 to 1232 bytes (this is the largest number of payload bytes that can fit in the smallest IPv6 packet).
