For some reason, your reply didn't make it to the list.

Anyhow, in that case it makes sense to approve your PECL account request
(what I just did), but I don't think that you need a PHP account (that
has been necessary to write the documentation, but this is now hosted on
Github with different access controls).

In any way, please suggest the name of your package, or whether you are
planning to take over the original cassandra package.
