I'm the current maintainer of the WinCache PECL project. I would very much
like to move WinCache from SVN to git. Could the PECL admins take care of this
move?
It would be absolutely outstanding if the history could move as well.
If this is a self-service operation, then please point me at the procedure list
for performing the migration.
