Two quick albeit possibly dangerous ways are both in the Options for PCB

Your installation of AD is currently set to import the gerber files into
Camtastic directly after they are created. Your gerber files are being
created and saved in a Project Outputs for ... directory. You can
find out where this directory is by typing C, O and selecting the
Options tab.

This is done in post processing when generating the Gerber files and the
check box 'Remove unconnected pads' is layer specific.
