I assume that each JPG you would want to download is an image of a single page
of the CD.
The site at http://www.micmap.org/dicfro/introduction/century-dictionary allows
you to download an entire volume (of the 8 volumes) of the CD in PDF format;
the files vary in size up to 2GB(!). Not
