There is some mistaken information in the message from Tavcis Barr. For those who are interested, Geronimo Pratt's case, was totally distinct from Angela Davis. Angela Davis was indicted and acquitted in the case related to the action where Jonathan Jackson was killed at the Marin County Courthouse in an action aimed at freeing his brother, George Jackson, the author of Soledad Brother. Geronimo Pratt was convicted for a robbery and murder that took place in Santa Monica. I believe the attempt to free political prisoners at Marin County took place in 1971 or 1972, possibly two years after the murder in Santa Monica.
