I'm starting work on a report on the impact of government on businesses in California, and I was wondering if anybody has done work on corporate welfare in California (which, obviously, is potentially a huge subject). I'm particularly interested in union or environmental researchers who might have done some work on the subject as part of a corporate campaign. I'm also interested in tracking down info on urban redevelopment organizations in CA; I have sporadic info on SF and a few larger cities, but nothing comprehensive.
