I have not read any of the literature put out by the folks affiliated with ACTA (American Council of Trustees and Alumni), but they have quite a bit of "Crisis in public education" material on their web site. If you don't know, Lynne Cheney is quite active in ACTA. I don't know if that may be a factor in the material they produce?
