Greetings, Former Attorney General Ramsey Clark is spearheading an effort to avert the coming war with Iraq by urging the Congress to impeach the president and his highest officials for high crimes against the Constitution and people of the United States. He has a web site that details the basis for the charges as well as the legal basis for pursuing impeachment. The web site also solicites signatures which can be delivered to Congressional authorities. Bringing down Nixon started with small steps and eventually succeeded, this might also.
