The WSJ reports that Stanley Works has decided that moving to Bermuda doesn't
make sense after all. The company projected saving $30 million by
reincorporating. So I guess the opportunity costs (Congressional inquiries,
hatred, protests, etc) were higher than the $30 million tax dodge, yes?
