Our local police department wants to get some money from the Homeland Security Department. The only catch is that they have to prove that we have terrorists in our midst. I assume that as police departments throughout the country compete for this money, the feds will have convincing evidence that the terrorists have thoroughly infiltrated every nook and cranny of our great land.
