            Bug ID: 2133462
           Summary: perl-No-Worries-1.7-4.fc38 FTBFS: t/1syslog.t crashes
with: uri_escape: Invalid [] range "0-\x1f" in regex
           Product: Fedora
           Version: rawhide
               URL: https://koschei.fedoraproject.org/package/perl-No-Worr
                    ies?collection=f38
            Status: NEW
         Component: perl-No-Worries
          Assignee: lionel.c...@cern.ch
          Reporter: ppi...@redhat.com
        QA Contact: extras...@fedoraproject.org
                CC: lionel.c...@cern.ch, massimo.pala...@gmail.com,
                    perl-devel@lists.fedoraproject.org
            Blocks: 2117176 (F38FTBFS,RAWHIDEFTBFS)
  Target Milestone: ---
    Classification: Fedora

perl-No-Worries-1.7-4.fc38 fails to build in Fedora 38 because a test fails:

t/1string.t ... ok
uri_escape: Invalid [] range "0-\x1f" in regex; marked by <-- HERE in
m/([\\x00-\x1f <-- HERE \\x7f-\xff\\x23\\x25\\x5c\\x60])/ at (eval 9) line 1.
 at /builddir/build/BUILD/No-Worries-1.7/blib/lib/No/Worries/Syslog.pm line 96.
# Looks like your test exited with 255 before it could output anything.
t/1syslog.t ...
Dubious, test returned 255 (wstat 65280, 0xff00)
Failed 20/20 subtests

A difference between passing and failing build roots is at
<https://koschei.fedoraproject.org/build/13822137>. This is probably triggered
by upgrading perl-URI from 5.12-2.fc37 to 5.13-1.fc38.
