OK, we'll use 1. until the major version number gets bumped to more than 1.
Something similar is done in the perl-Test-Differences package, for the same

Interesting. Sorry for the confusion. I guess the former, since the latter
might result in needing additional epochs in the future.
I only took ownership of this pacakage to facilitate the Gnucash stack.

Hi Gwyn,
I was going to close this WONTFIX because the only change between 1.53 and
1.5301 is the addition of an explicit dependency on LWP::Protocol::https but we
have that in our downstream packaging
