This is caused by upgrading perl-URI-Find from version 20140702 to 20140709.
URI::Find stopped translating URIs to canonical form (see URI-Find changelog).

2014-07-29 Thread bugzilla

--- Comment #1 from Paul Howarth p...@city-fan.org ---
This has been triggered by the recent update of Moo to 1.005000. I think it's
probably an issue in either Moo or Pod::Coverage but I'm asking upstream's
opinion first:

[perl-HTTP-Tiny] Build-require CPAN::Meta* modules temporarily

2014-07-29 Thread Petr Pisar
commit ba99959fd839029663eb73340028450dbc1ad98e
Author: Petr Písař ppi...@redhat.com
Date: Tue Jul 29 16:00:26 2014 +0200

Build-require CPAN::Meta* modules temporarily

The modules are declared as optional, but the tests cannot cope with
their absence.

All of them are core modules, so it should not be problem to depend on
them.

[Bug 1122956] Cannot install amavisd-new in CentOS-7

2014-07-29 Thread bugzilla
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1122956

--- Comment #2 from Timothy Murphy gayle...@eircom.net ---
I'm afraid this did not work.

1. amavisd-new requires perl-Unix-Syslog,
which is not in epel.repo but is in rpmforge.repo.

2. However, after installing this sudo yum install amavisd-new
brings up the error
---
Error: Package: clamav-server-systemd-0.98.4-1.el7.noarch (epel)
   Requires: clamav-server = 0.98.4-1.el7
   Available: clamav-server-0.98.4-1.el7.x86_64 (epel)
   clamav-server = 0.98.4-1.el7
Error: Package: amavisd-new-2.9.1-1.el7.noarch (epel)
   Requires: clamav-server
   Available: clamav-server-0.98.4-1.el7.x86_64 (epel)
   clamav-server = 0.98.4-1.el7
---

3. Now sudo yum install clamav-server brings up the warning
---
Package clamav-server is obsoleted by clamd, trying to install
clamd-0.98.4-1.el7.rf.x86_64 instead
---

4. Now after clamd is installed, sudo yum install amavisd-new
brings up the error
---
Error: Package: clamav-server-systemd-0.98.4-1.el7.noarch (epel)
   Requires: clamav-server = 0.98.4-1.el7
   Available: clamav-server-0.98.4-1.el7.x86_64 (epel)
   clamav-server = 0.98.4-1.el7
Error: Package: amavisd-new-2.9.1-1.el7.noarch (epel)
   Requires: clamav-server
   Available: clamav-server-0.98.4-1.el7.x86_64 (epel)
   clamav-server = 0.98.4-1.el7
---
which seems to have taken me in a circle.

[Bug 1122956] Cannot install amavisd-new in CentOS-7

2014-07-29 Thread bugzilla
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1122956

--- Comment #3 from Morten Stevens mstev...@imt-systems.com ---
(In reply to Timothy Murphy from comment #2)
I'm afraid this did not work.

I was able to install amavisd-new without problems.

 1. amavisd-new requires perl-Unix-Syslog,
which is not in epel.repo but is in rpmforge.repo.

It is in Fedora-EPEL.
See: http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/beta/7/x86_64/

which seems to have taken me in a circle.

Please remove all rpmforge packages and install it only from EPEL repo. It is
not a good idea to mix EPEL and rpmforge packages!

This fixes IPv6 support by, not only, preferring IP::Socket::IP. I will replace
RPM-dependency from IO::Socket::INET to IO::Socket::IP to implement the fix
completely.

[Bug 1122956] Cannot install amavisd-new in CentOS-7

2014-07-29 Thread bugzilla
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1122956

--- Comment #4 from Timothy Murphy gayle...@eircom.net ---
Please look more carefully at what I said in (1) above.

The package perl-Unix-Syslog, which amavisd-new required, was not in epel.
I don't like mixing Epel and Rpmforge, and don't have rpmforge.repo enabled,
but in this case it appeared necessary to enable it temporarily to get this
package.

As to the confusion with clamd/clamav-server, it is possible that the site yum
found for me is not up-to-date. I will try again tomorrow, and see if I have
better luck.

That's probably the case, because perl-Unix-Syslog-1.1-17.el7.x86_64.rpm *is*
now in EPEL7, as mentioned by Morten in Comment #2 above.
